Denise Reynoso
Denise is a senior at BCCHS and is Co-Editor-in-Chief with Hadaasa Nae for the Patriot Post. She has a strong passion for writing, and it is a stress reliever for her. A lot of her writing comes from the music she loves to listens to. Ultimately, she finds solace and a way of expression in her writing. Being able to write for the Patriot Post once again allows her to keep growing as a journalist and helps her become more involved with BCCHS. For her, writing and music go hand in hand, without one she can't do the other. Another hobby of hers is reading and learning new words. Developing her vocabulary allows her to express as well as elaborate her feelings and thoughts smoothly. Writing for the Patriot Post helps her develop her writing skills even more, and she is grateful that she is able to write for Birmingham's online school newspaper. She wishes to become an online journalist for a national newspaper. She is planning to move to Oregon or Northern California after she graduates. She would like to leave so she can start anew. She hopes to travel when she is able to and along the way make a long-lasting impact that could potentially positively affect people and the world. She would like to become a pescatarian so she could help the environment and help it improve.
