Daniela Bustamante is a sophomore at Birmingham Community Charter High School. She was born on July 3, 2009. Daniela has a family of six, in which she is the youngest of four siblings, including one brother and two sisters. Her parents were born and raised in Mexico and are rooted in Hispanic traditions that keep the family close and bonded. Despite the large age gap between her and her siblings, Daniela maintains a strong bond with each one of them. Daniela is known for being friendly and kind to everyone she meets. Although she can be shy at first, she usually needs someone to help break her shell, revealing her humorous and captivating personality.
She is a person with a mix of interests and hobbies. Her interests include skincare and makeup, where she enjoys exploring new products and techniques to always look her best. She also enjoys shopping, showing her variety of styles. On the other hand, her hobbies also highlight her adventurous side. Growing up in front of a ranch, she has a passion for horseback riding and enjoying the connection with horses. Baking is another hobby she loves, filling her home with delicious desserts for her family. Daniela enjoys exploring nature, where she finds peace and calmness in the quiet environment. She likes her peace so she finds late-night drives on quiet roads to be mind-clearing and something she finds fun.
Daniela never really knew what she felt passionate about until she discovered an interest in the medical field, specifically in becoming a pediatrician. Although she has always loved the idea of traveling, she hasn’t had the opportunity to explore much due to her young age. However, her plans include visiting places like Washington State, Barcelona, Oregon, and Hawaii. She wants to see the beaches in Barcelona, and nature like the waterfalls in Oregon–for example, Salt Creek Falls. Washington has beautiful mountains and forests that she would like to visit too. She is excited about combining her career aspirations with her love for travel.
