Jaydon Huerta is a 16-year-old junior at Birmingham Community Charter High School. He played baseball here at Birmingham in his freshman year. In his sophomore year, he decided to stop playing for a high school team and just play travel ball. He is a middle infielder, so that is second base and shortstop. Jaydon roots for the MLB team, the Dodgers. He grew up attending many Dodger games, and to this day, he still occasionally attends one. He has one sister and lives with his sister and mom. He and his sister have a dog named Chevy. One of his favorite things to do when he is bored at home is play video games. His favorite games to play are Call of Duty, Fortnite, and NBA 2k.
Jaydon loves to listen to music, especially during school. Some of his favorite music artists are Future, Lil Baby, Rick Ross, and Gunna. It is really rare to catch Jaydon walking around without at least one of his AirPods in. Listening to music is his way to get things done at home and school, such as cleaning or doing homework. Especially when he is on the baseball field, he will have both AirPods in full volume. Jaydon loves spending time with his friends. When he is with his friends, he is having the best time. He and his friends are always laughing and having a good time. Jaydon and his friends create a good bond because they are all athletic sports players and can relate to each other’s lifestyles a lot.
A few last things Jaydon likes to do are to sleep, play catch with his sister, be on his phone, and spend time with his dad. Here at Birmingham, Jaydon has a really good time and plans on finishing high school here and achieving his high school diploma.
