Brianna Alvarado, Staff Writer
Brianna is a 16-year-old junior attending Birmingham Community Charter High School. Brianna has had many different experiences in high school, some good and some confusing, but for now, her high school experience is more fun and easier. As you get to know Brianna more, she becomes more talkative and open. Brianna sees a very bright future for herself and hopes that she's able to achieve anything she puts her mind to. She dreams of becoming a traveling nurse or a registered nurse. It's always been a career she's wanted to do since she was younger. Brianna isn't 100% sure of that specific profession, but whatever she becomes in life, as long as it's good and successful, she will be happy and feel accomplished in life.
Brianna would like to travel, explore the world, and learn new things. So far, she has been to Mexico, Arizona, and Nevada. This is Brianna's first year in journalism and she hopes she can make more friends. Brianna is able to get along with most people and she is a very nice person. She likes to spend time with her older brother, little sister, and friends, and likes to watch movies and spend time with her pet bunny.
Brianna has always had a love for pets and still does. She wanted a dog growing up but wasn't too sure. She did love to go visit her grandma and play with the dogs that she had. Her bunny is a year and two months old and Brianna's little sister named the bunny Fluffy. One of Brianna's favorite movies so far has been Den of Thieves and her favorite show so far has been Money Heist. Two books she liked reading include How It Feels to Float, and He Had Been With Me. She is currently reading Reminders of Him. She also likes to talk to friends on the phone or in person and listen to music. Brianna likes to achieve all her goals and doesn't like to fail. If something gets hard, she will find a solution to get it done.
