Sara Gutierrez is a sophomore at Birmingham Community Charter High School. She is involved in lots of sports at Birmingham such as cheer, basketball, and softball. She's been playing softball since she was in 5th grade on a travel team and has made great progress throughout the years. She first started playing basketball when she was in 3rd grade on a park team. This is the first year she tried out for the cheer team, and she made JV. Her favorite movie genre is horror, and her favorite horror movie is "Chucky"; specifically "Bride of Chucky". She hopes to get the three main dolls from "Seed of Chucky". Her main goal is to get the Bride of Chucky doll for her 16 (quince) next year.

Her parents are Mexican and Puerto Rican, but they were born in America. She was born in California in 2006; her birthday is 04/03/2006. Sara has natural curly dark brown hair that she shaved at the end of May 2021. Sara is just one of 15 siblings: 8 brothers and 5 sisters.  The only siblings she lives with are her younger brother Julian who is 7 turning 8 and her baby sister Gianna who is 1. She is the middle child out of all of her siblings. Her grandma on her dad's side was born in Mexico, which makes her father first generation here in California. She has always wanted to travel to Mexico and Puerto Rico because that is where her family is from.

Sara likes to listen to a wide variety of music, except country. Her favorite genres are rock, rap, pop-rock, and metal. She hopes to go to a lot of concerts when she's older. In the future, she wants to be a lawyer and hopes to attend law school. She wants to be able to get a scholarship, either with her grades or through sports. When Sara goes to college she wants to go to school out of state. The top schools she wants to attend are Harvard, Yale, UCLA, and USC.
