Moe Stour, Staff Writer
Moe Stour is a 16-year-old sophomore attending Birmingham Community Charter High School. He was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley for most of his life. Moe has one little sister and likes hanging out with his family and friends. This is his first year in Journalism, but he is excited for what is upcoming in the semester. He joined The Patriot Post this year because he enjoys journalism. Writing has always been something he’s curious about, especially when it involves student life and school events. Moe sees an article as an access tool where people can be heard and bring attention to important events. He is looking forward to expanding his skills in writing and improving with every story. For him, this year is about learning, improving, growing, and contributing to something meaningful.
He likes life, with food and thrifting ranking high on his list of enjoyable things to do. Moe loves exploring diverse cuisines and flavors, from local diners to home-cooked meals, finding that the shared experience of food often brings people together.
He also really likes to thrift in his spare time. It’s nice that there are places where you can get good clothes for a small price. When he is not busy or enjoying a meal, he likes to watch football. Looking ahead, he has a clear vision for his future career path as a contractor. His plan to achieve this goal is to attend trade school, where he will gain the practical skills, technical knowledge, and certifications necessary to succeed in the construction industry. He is hoping to learn the intricacies of the trade and work towards building a successful business where he can apply his skills and contribute to creating tangible, lasting structures.
