The 68th Annual Grammy Awards, held on February 1, 2026, at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, was a night of historic musical milestones and intense social commentary. Hosted for the sixth and final time by Trevor Noah, the ceremony saw Bad Bunny make history as the first artist to win Album of the Year for a primarily Spanish-language release, DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS. Meanwhile, Kendrick Lamar became the most awarded hip-hop artist in Grammy history, surpassing Jay-Z with five wins on the night to reach a career total of 27.
Some major winners were:
Album of the Year: DeBÍ TiRAR Más FOToS by Bad Bunny. This was the first time in the Academy’s history that a Spanish-language LP took home the top prize.
Record of the Year: “Luther” by Kendrick Lamar featuring SZA. Lamar also swept all four dedicated rap categories during the night.
Song of the Year: “Wildflower” by Billie Eilish and Finneas O’Connell. The brother/sister duo became the first songwriters to win this category three times.
Best New Artist: Olivia Dean. The British soul-pop singer was the ninth consecutive woman to win the award and the first British winner since Dua Lipa in 2019. Her new album is “The Art of Loving.”
