I was fortunate enough to watch Wallows live at the Fox Theater in Pomona. On April 18, 2022, I had the amazing opportunity to go see one of my favorite bands. If you are not familiar with the band Wallows, here are some things you should know about them.

Wallows is an alternative rock band that began in 2017 with their single, “Pleaser.” The band members are Dylan Minnette, Braeden Lemasters, and Cole Preston.

The concert on April 18 was a very exciting night for me. When I arrived at the Fox Theater, it was packed with fans waiting for the doors to open. Finally, at 7:30 p.m. the doors opened and the fans quickly made a line to get their tickets scanned. One by one every one found their seats.

Around 8:30 p.m., the opening band, The Regrettes, came out and performed. They performed some of their popular songs which were “Monday,” “Barley on My Mind,” “That’s What Makes Me Love You,” etc. These songs really hyped up the crowd and got us pumped up for Wallows.

Around 9:40, the moment every fan was waiting for arrived. Wallows came out to perform, and they began with the song “Hard To Believe” playing in the background, and when the beat dropped, they began to sing and the fans went wild.

They came out very energetically and ready to have a good time. Wallows played songs from their oldest album to their newest album like “Pleaser,” “Pictures of Girl,” “Remember When, These Days,”  and “Hurt Me.” Of course, the fans sang along to every song.

Sadly, the night came to an end and Wallows thanked the fans for coming and expressed how much they loved and appreciated their fans. If you’re a Wallows fan and didn’t get the chance to see them live, don’t worry, they will be back in L.A. in September. I had a wonderful and fun concert experience.
