Alexander Rico is a 16-year-old junior attending Birmingham Community Charter High School. Alex is the youngest of three and is the only son in his family. Both of his sisters attended Birmingham Community Charter High School. His oldest sister has already graduated from college and is now a full-time veterinarian. As for his other sister, she has just started college. Alex's father is a roofer and his mother is a stay-at-home mom. Furthermore, Alex is an animal lover and has a pet dog named Gus who is two years old along with 10 bunnies.

As for Alex himself, he grew up playing baseball and loves the Los Angeles Dodgers. His favorite player on the Dodgers was Alex Verdugo, but sadly he was traded away to the Boston Red Sox. Recently, his friends got him into a new hobby, which is playing soccer. In fact, his uncles played soccer all their life so he was somewhat familiar with the sport. As of 2023, Alex is actually in his third season of soccer and hopes to have the sport as a lifelong hobby. One of his favorite memories from soccer was actually being able to play a match at Sofi Stadium. In addition, Alex loves to spend time with his friends--whether it's going out and participating in activities, or playing video games with them.

Alex hopes to continue attending school after he graduates from Birmingham. The only school he is thinking about attending at the moment is CSUN. While attending the university, he wants to work towards a career in the medical field. He has hopes of becoming a physical therapist or even a neurologist. But if not, he will gladly take over his father's business. As for now, his main focus is to pass his last two years of high school with B's or higher.
