Moses Aguirre

Moses Aguirre, Sports Editor

Moses Aguirre has a lot of ambitions despite being a 16-year-old junior. He wants to change the world; perhaps start a movement. He wants to get his message delivered through art. Moses is passionate about his friends and wants his community to be at peace. Moses would do anything to make anyone comfortable and welcome people with open arms.  He once knew how it felt to be left out, and he wouldn’t wish that on any person. Moses was raised and taught to be friendly and courteous with people, and this resonated with him throughout his life. He hopes to help bring peace to the world.

Three words that would describe Moses are creative, funny, and talkative. Since Moses was in third grade, his dream and goal in life has been to be an animator and storyboard artist for Walt Disney Animation Studios. He hopes to make history in the animation industry and strives to be one of the best. Some role models that Moses looks up to are Walt Disney, J.G. Quintel, Todd McFarlane, Eric Goldberg, Matt Groening, and many more. Some shows that inspire Moses are Gravity Falls, Hunter x Hunter, Regular Show, El Chavo, and The Simpsons.

Moses hopes to make his future cartoon show himself and hopes to inspire kids around the world as his role models once did for him. Moses won’t stop or rest at any point until he’s able to fulfill his dreams. What inspires Moses the most is his Dad–no matter how he felt the night before, or how he may feel the day after, he works to make sure Moses and his family are happy.

Reading comics and manga has always been a part of Moses. He uses comics as a way to escape reality, to go on adventures that weren’t even possible if not for being told through fiction. That’s why he would like to travel around the world, with Europe being his main target. He would like to take his parents with him as a way of saying ‘thank you’ for every ounce of support they have given him. Maybe one day, Moses will also have the chance to write his own stories about his international adventures.
